Specialized in the formulation and manufacture of elastomer based on polyurethans processed by : Casting (low and high pressure), Injection (RIM) ou Coating, Mérylithe is a young innovating company which develops tailored formulations to the needs and processes of its customers.

Strongly focus on research and development, Mérylithe has a research laboratory equipped with many devices and works in close cooperation with INSA of Lyon and CNRS in order to :
- improve an existing formulation
- develop formulations tailored to the specifications of the customers
- find an alternative formulation to a market formulation.

Our knowledge is not only chemistry, it also lies in our ability to integrate the technical process of the customer. Mérylithe is today a company with 3 complementary poles of activities :
- development and study of elastomers systems
- manufacture and elastomers formulation based on polyurethane
- manufacture of parts in small series.

All our formulations mono or bi components were developed to be compatible with the REACH program. Please note that our products do not contain:
- CMR Product
- toxic Product like MBOCA
- SOLVENT

Our formulations are based on MDI, FREE TDI, PPDI, Cyanate ester, Aliphatic are marketed under the trademarks ADILITHE®, ADICOAT® and ISOLITHE® (15 shore A to 85 shore D).

We know well the fields of our customers taking into account on the fact that Mérylithe is a subsidiary of the holding Trentesaux Brochier SAS which includes also the company TRANSGRAPHICA, specialized in strippable coating blankets and photopolymer plates.
